Organization Tools

Albums

Create albums to group related photos. Add items by dragging from the grid to album names in the sidebar. Album cover thumbnails update automatically.

Colored Tags

Photo Editing

Non-Destructive Workflow

Every edit is stored as a set of JSON instructions on the media record—your original files are never modified. The edit pipeline applies operations in a fixed order (rotate, flip, crop, brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpen) for consistent results. Live CSS preview shows changes instantly while you adjust sliders.

  • Crop — Free-form or locked to 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, or 3:2 aspect ratios. Draggable handles with rule-of-thirds grid overlay.
  • Transform — Rotate 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise. Flip horizontal or vertical.
  • Brightness, Contrast, Saturation — Full-range sliders from -100 to +100 with real-time preview.
  • Sharpen — 3x3 convolution kernel with intensity 0–3. Applied on export.
  • Reset All — One click returns to the original image. No data lost.
  • Export — Save an edited copy next to the original, or bulk export with all edits applied.

Video & Media Support

Smart Video Playback

Photo-Manager probes each video file to detect its codec. H.264 files play natively in the built-in player. HEVC, ProRes, and other formats are automatically transcoded to MP4 in the background.
